1. Using BMS Live
By creating an account or booking a ticket you agree to these terms. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Tickets & bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, fees and taxes are shown before you pay. A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed and you receive your e-ticket.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations are permitted within the window shown for each event. Where an event is rescheduled or cancelled by the organiser, we will notify you and process any refund due.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, resell tickets in breach of event rules, or attempt to disrupt the service.
5. Liability
BMS Live acts as a booking platform between you and event organisers. The event experience itself is the responsibility of the organiser.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
